23.01.2022 Here are some tips to get the most out of your massage. I promise you will have a much better outcome if you do these things. - Come to your massage well hydrated - Continue to drink more water than you normally would for 24 hours after your massage to give your body a good flush out... - Turn OFF your phone while in the clinic - don't turn it to vibrate. If the phone rings or vibrates, immediately you are snatched away from the relaxing and calming place you went to and your brain switches straight back on really spoiling the whole sense of calm and peace. The message will be there when you are finished. Our phones steal so much of our peace - don't let yours ruin your massage. - Spend time waiting in the waiting room before your massage, NOT on your phone but just being still. Enjoying the scent of essential oils in the practice, listening to the calming music, being aware of your senses. It will allow you to relax much more easily when your massage starts. - Take 3 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth as your massage starts. Spend time then concentrating on your breathing throughout the massage.

Jasmine specialises in Deep Tissue Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage qualified, Myofascial Release Technique, Cranio Sacral Technique, Sports Massage and Relaxation Massage. Prices are $59 for 30 min, $78.50 for 45 min, $95 for 60 min, $119.50 for 75 min and $142 for 90 min. Please add $10 to all prices for an Initial Consult visits. 15.01.2022 Hi all, as you would know, I have had to close my doors of Vital Body Massage for at least the next 6 days and possibly longer. Hopefully not but who knows? I feel bad cancelling appointments again for a second time this year but hopefully we'll make them up somewhere! 06.01.2022 Exciting news! Vital Body Massage is re-opening!!! Hi to all my fabulous clients, I am feeling excited writing you this letter. It came to my attention late last night that the South Australian Government has given some clear direction about Remedial and Therapeutic massage. ... This quote has been taken from the Covid-19.sa.gov.au website and it is on the ‘Emergency Management (non-essential Business and Other Activities No4) (Covid-19) Direction 2020’ FAQ sheet. Page 4 states in response to the question ‘Can I get a massage?’ ‘Massage parlours are closed. However, remedial or therapeutic massage and myotherapy services provided in a clinical of health care setting may continue’. (No relaxation massage can be offered at this time my added words). So in light of this, I am re-opening! I am very happy to be able to go back to what I do best, care for you guys! As I have been working part time as a temp in a business in Stirling these last 4 weeks (which has been a real blessing), I will need to stagger the comeback as I am committed there for 3 days a week at least for this week coming and possibly next week also. So, I am available on Monday 27th April 12.30pm 6.30pm, Wed 29th April 1.30pm 7.30pm, Monday 4th May 12.30pm 6.30pm, Wed 6th May 1.30pm 7.30pm (possibly other days this week in May also. I will conform this soon). After these 2 weeks I will be open with business hours as normal. I know that for many people their incomes may be uncertain and/or may have changed during this time. As you are aware, I had planned to increase my prices before all of this happened but I have decided to keep the prices as they were before all of the Covid-19 events until further notice. Please note that all appointments that had been made before I closed have been cancelled and I have no record of them in my system. SO unfortunately you will just need to contact me and we can rebook an appointment for you.
