10.01.2022 Due to covid restrictions the 4 week ~ Beginners , Pregnancy, gentle yoga course will now start next Friday, 7 May from 5:30-6:30pm for $30 as a community class. This is a gentle prepatory yoga course for all. Over four weeks develop a simple practice that will serve you for at home and or to feel ready to join a regular yoga class. In this small group setting feel free to ask questions and explore a way of practice that will support you and also any current special needs like for pregnancy, injuries or mind/body support.
