23.01.2022 Great work this week so far guys and girls that have trained! If you have already booked this week thank you for being onto it and for those who still haven't could you please let me know what your doing. Had some really awesome results for people last week. Special mention to Mark who stripped 4mins off his 5km park run time and Nathan who lost a massive 7.5kg as a result of his commitment to training last week! Keep up the great work.

21.01.2022 Congratulations Mark Peters for the awesome effort today at Park Run. Mark was sic yet still managed to pull off a great time and smash one of the goals we set out a few weeks ago. Well done mate keep up the good work still more to go! :D

08.01.2022 Injuries!!!!! Hey team i just wanted to take a second and stress how important it is to look after any injuries you have while training and not training, specifically joints. If you had and or have previous injuries, for example injured/weak wrists, knees, ankles, elbows, shoulders etc. Please make sure you support them as best you can. There are huge ranges of ways to assist you in making sure you don't re-injure or possibly make existing injuries worse. Some of these inclu...de: -Wearing supports, i.e. boxing wraps when punching -Strapping problem areas (Rock Tape is great) -Wearing appropriate footwear specific to your needs and the activities you are undertaking -Resting injuries until they are recovered or undertaking exercises to strengthen muscles around the joint (supervised by fitness professional or therapist) -Discontinuing movements that cause pain or aggravate injuries (adjusting the movement may help, but should be supervised by a fitness professional or therapist) -Understanding the risks and impacts of the activities you are undertaking. Another huge part of minimizing the risk to yourself and maximizing the benefits of your training is to properly understand your injuries and how to best manage them. This is best done by talking to your Doctor, Personal Trainer or Physiotherapist. I hope this helps, If you have any questions please feel free to ask :) Happy Training -Chris

08.01.2022 Nathans awesome win this morning at Dayman park. Climbed these bad boys 10x with a 18kg pack....... after a 1.5km run. This is a special session for those who lose OVER 20kg's. Which he's done in under three months! You've not only improved your health but your self as well. Keep up the awesome work!!
