25.01.2022 As our last working days come near it can be difficult to achieve any substantial health goals. Our best tips for the festive season are: 1. Aim to maintain your progress, don’t expect to improve as you will be out of routine and events will be popping up that may inhibit your ability to stay on track 2. Plan ahead; if you know you are going to have a large dinner and drinks get your exercise done early in the day. 3. Enjoy this time, it is such a special time with family ...and friends. Don’t restrict yourself because you don’t want to fall off track 4. Make your socialising active! Go for a walk with a friend, gym session, hike or get outdoors. Rather than opt for catch ups revolving around food choose an active catch up! 5. And lastly, reset, refresh and goal set for 2021! See more

11.01.2022 We will be taking some time off over Christmas to recharge the batteries for 2021. Last day will be the 18th of December, returning on the 4th of January ready to hit the ground running (literally running to work off all out Christmas feasts ) All clients will be notified via email
