25.01.2022 Ice Cream!! Whipped this up in 2mins for girls after dinner & they LOVED it! So quick, easy & guilt free! All I did was chuck frozen bananas, frozen berries, 1tsp vanilla essence & a dash of coconut milk into blender & blend! Simple! I froze leftovers for another night.

19.01.2022 I have been absent from here for a long time! Apologies! But as many of u know I am 17weeks pregnant with our 3rd! Yay! I suffered from severe sickness which found me bed ridden & on tablets for 8weeks happy to say that I'm finally feeling better & it felt great to get back in to weight training yesterday after such a long time off ANY activity! We are privileged to have Norman Phillips come along for our celebrations and he will... be starting you all off at the start line. 12.01.2022 No gym! No equipment! Just music, a stop watch & my workout crew! A quick Tabata workout for at home! No excuses! TABATA Vertical jump Prisoner squat... Dips 2step Push ups Ankle taps 20secs on/10secs rest 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on. Beginners start with 4 rounds of each exercise building to 8 (Let me know if you need a little demo of exercises)!

08.01.2022 Sunday hangs after a gym session!

06.01.2022 ** long post ** THYROID YOU CAN GO & GET FU*#ED! So once again I find my self battling this stupid auto immune disease I could no longer ignore the symptoms of absolute fatigue, aching muscles, sudden weight gain, weakness, mood swings & the list goes on! I knew it was more than just sleep deprivation from a non-sleeping baby or the stress of moving house! So I took my self to the GP for another blood test & BANG! my thyroid is a mess! Normal TSH level is between 1-4 & m...ine is up at 8. GP was persistent on starting me on the thyroid hormone meds Thyroxine! But this scares the hell out of me! As once you start these meds there is a 99% chance you wont come off them! & the list of side effects on this medication is shocking!!! Depression, anxiety, mood swings, headaches, tremors & the list goes on! (Might as well just battle the disease daily)! The fact that I am also breastfeeding makes it more scary as it states small traces will go to the breast milk. Experts say this is safe amounts but how do they know the damage it might do to my baby 10,20,30 years down the track! Will it leave her battling some sore of autoimmune disease!?! So my answer to the drugs was NO! Ive battled this before & have got my levels back to normal range naturally going against the doctors orders of going on the Meds. So I am determined to do it again! The GP has given me 6 weeks to try & lower the level naturally. I can not go any longer without the meds if my level doesnt come down as it is placing strain on my liver & other organs. But I am positive I can turn it around naturally with support from my family & friends. Many of you who know me know that it is hard for me to share my personal life & battles as I prefer to soldier on but I wanted to share this story & journey In hope that I can maybe help others who are also battling with health problems. I am not a GP or nutritionist but I am a real person, Mum, wife, lover of fitness & believer you can heal or destroy your own body by what you put in to it! So begins my 6 week journey. Here I will share with you my ups & downs, lifestyle & nutritional changes in hope that at the end of 6 weeks a difference in my result has been made Hashimotos is not a death sentence but a wake up call that you could be looking after yourself a whole lot better! 06.01.2022 I KNOW U ALL have an old WORKOUT DVD! Put it to use!! I had No time to hit the gym today so I just put on an old workout dvd! It does the job & I am now satisfied I got a workout in! Meanwhile the girls made an art mess but they left me in peace for 30mins! Now for my 2nd workout, cleaning up!!!
