19.01.2022 Please be informed we are located in Brisbane, Qld in Australia. We service the great Brisbane area and also pick up from your homes. Those from up North Qld send their stuff down to us through courier and we handle it from Brisbane. We send to Fiji. Our shipment goes every two weeks to Fiji through ship only for now.... Our next cut-off date is the 19th October. We don't send "from" Fiji at the moment. We are getting alot of unnecessary messages. Vinaka

13.01.2022 PLEASE READ THIS. Why is our one cubic meter pallet is cheaper then sending loose boxes. Note: we are not charging per weight. We Usually receive questions, "why Viti Imp & export is not sending single items? Let us show you why. Why is our promotion is to your advantage. In a one cubic meter pallet you can fit in 8 medium size boxes with 50cm long and 50cm height. Our charge is $400. Say, If we charge $70 per box multiply by 8. ... 70 x 8 = 560. YOU SAVE $160 Remember the release charges in Fiji will depend on the value of the stuffs you're sending. Household items are duty free right now in Fiji. But if you are sending tools, oven, fridge, please expect to pay tax from the custom dept. The receiving company will charge you for the fumigation, handling/forklift and paper work for the release. My family send a pallet last month containing clothes, some food stuffs, and x 2 second hand BBQ; we paid $143 Fijian for release of our stuffs. We Hope this is clear. Remember we here to help Fijians.

08.01.2022 This is how we take care of your luggage. It is our priority to make sure that all your luggage are safe and protected from when it leave our office to Fiji. Protected from getting wet and damage. So we make sure that they are securely strapped and wrapped firmly together on the pallet as shown in the photos. REMINDER: take advantage of the tax free personal belongings to Fiji at the moment and bring your stuffs in by Wednesday the 5th for our next shipment.

You contact your friend/s You contribute to the payment for shipment.... You decide who to be the sender (fill the form here) Yous decide who to address the pallet to. (one receiver Fiji). He/she to collect and distribute the luggage to the rest of the receivers. All the receivers can contribute for the payment release the pallet in Fiji. Each luggage will be labelled and numbered. One paper work from our end and also in Fiji. It's recommended that ALL the receivers live in the same area. (Lautoka or Suva) Note: we have tried this in the past and it helps. Vinaka Vakalevu.
