21.01.2022 Great session tonight! Picked up the speed on a couple of techniques we went through tuesday night and took it out of the gym to a realistic street environment. Everyone handled the situation, and made it through some pretty tough physical training. Much respect to all my students! Ossss!!!

07.01.2022 Hi Team, Unfortunately due to my workload I am no longer able to instruct at the Surfcoast. Ive spent considerable effort to bring on a new affiliate for the area but unfortunately this has fallen through. Therefore VKM will not be instructing in the Surfcoast area for the near future, hopefully we will be back by the end of this year in one form or another.... In the meantime I believe Ash will continue the sessions which will be run by Michael (a Level 1 Instructor I have trained). But this wont be under the VKM brand. Thank you for your dedication, hopefully we will see you back on the Surfcoast bigger and better in the near future. KT
