23.01.2022 Hi everyone, So Im busy working away on an online presentation of the Fibromyalgia Workshop that I hold on a regular basis. It will cover all the basics of the protocol and all the tips and shortcuts I learnt along the way. It will be about an hour long with audio so you can hear me speaking about all the aspects, video and resources attached and will mean you dont have to travel to the clinic in Launceston, Tasmania. 23.01.2022 New information emerging! Please read and think about your journey with Fibromyalgia. Have you had Glandular Fever or Epstein Barr in the past?? It is not mentioned specifically in this article but other sources tell me its a major cause of Fibromyalgia. Extremely important information for all of us and our loved ones. As I learn more Ill be informing you and holding information workshops. Epstein Barr Virus has been misunderstood for a very long time but we now know that it ...is an insidious, stealthy, patient and devastating viral infection that does so much more than give you Glandular Fever or Mono!! Epstein Barr Virus....science and natural medicine is coming after you! It has been linked to all AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES including MS, Hashimoto's Thyroid disease, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Type 1 diabetes and more. It is at the heart of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Tinnitus and Vertigo and more. 22.01.2022 Review from the lovely Courtney. Its been a pleasure to work with you. You have done so much to help yourself and just a few pointers in the right direction and you are now PAIN FREE!! Courtney's Review: I have been going to Cherie since October 2018 after suffering for years with chronic Fibromyalgia. I did not think there was anything that could be done for it and the pain landed me many times in the ER. I have spent the past 10 years battling a large range of severe auto-i...mmune diseases, mostly managing them successfully, with proper nutrition, exercise and natural supplements as well as western medicines when called for. I came across the book "What your doctor may not tell you about Fibromyalgia" in my chiropractors waiting room. My chiropractor told me about Cherie and how great she is. I was still a bit doubtful but I read the book, went to see Cherie and found that everything she said was spot on and very much in line with what and how my auto-immune specialists treat my other various illnesses and the science behind it all. 18.01.2022 Wonderful workshop...wonderful people! So... the workshop is complete and I feel really blessed to have met a group of lovely people so keen to learn about their condition and how to get better. Within 5 minutes they were chatting like old friends...sharing stories of their symptoms and how the disease impacts their lives...discussing how to organise get togethers and support groups. 13.01.2022 Fibromyalgia Workshop almost here! Have you booked your ticket yet? It will be well worth your time and journey to find out about this treatment...the only one I know of that reverses the true cause of this devastating condition. 08.01.2022 START THIS TODAY! Magnesium...your best friend. Part of having fibromyalgia is that you have too much calcium and not enough magnesium in your body. Calcium makes your muscles contract and magnesium makes them relax. I want you to start increasing the levels of magnesium in your body slowly through your skin!... 1. Get some Magnesium Oil from the Health Food Shop and put it in a dropper bottle. Start by dropping 8 drops onto one of your inner forearms and rubbing your forearms together three times a day. If your magnesium deficiency is very bad this may STING and ITCH. But be persistent until you can happily do this with no stinging or itching. Slowly increase the amount of oil you can rub into your skin over time until you can rub 10 ml into your lower back after your shower each morning. 2. Get a big bag of EPSOM SALTS (magnesium sulphate). You can get it online or from a agricultural store like ROBERTS RURAL. Have an epsom salts bath 3 times a week close to bed time.
