25.01.2022 The LNP have come out with some strange views on Zalis Climate Action Bill. Her response: Coalition are scrambling: either Jason Falinski MP and Tim Wilson MP don’t know how to read a legislation or they are just misleading? Fact: Commission to make recommendations to Govt and then report to Aus public on how Govt plans are delivering. Is the issue being held to account on whether Govt policy is actually working? Or the public being notified of expert advice being given to G...overnment? Enough with party politics. They are putting the Australian economy and jobs at risk. If the ‘progressive’ members of the Coalition can’t support a sensible plan and deliver on Climate Change, people deserve to know. Share widely to anyone in Mackellar and Melbourne, and support the bill at ClimateActNow.com.au See more

24.01.2022 Wonderful work Warringah - you chose someone who said she would represent your views and now she has taken action on your top issue of concern in a way that encourages bold and decisive action in the public interest. https://www.theguardian.com//zali-steggall-to-unveil-clima

14.01.2022 Look at what some very clever locals have put together to help our small local businesses through some tough times ...pls share with others who may be interested... Hey folks. We need your help!. Don't forward it yet because we're actively signing up businesses for a few days before we release it to the public.... We have built a website that lets you buy a 'rain check' at your local business. They get the money immediately, and you can claim your rain check with them when they can re-open. If we can help support a few of your favourite local businesses - our communities will come back stronger. Tell your business owner friends to sign up - we want as many as we can get. Legends such as Simon Horrocks, John and Bron Hallis, and Adam Marshall making a difference - so good. Please take a look at http://www.localraincheck.com.au and let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
13.01.2022 Will the PM allow his party members to have a conscience vote on Zali’s climate Bill, or better still lead his party in supporting the Bill?
13.01.2022 Serious action on climate change was one of the eloctorates top concerns, so no doubt this will come as a shock to you ....the first actions of the Abbott government were to sack the climate experts... https://www.smh.com.au//you-bastards-sacked-me-when-the-cl
12.01.2022 How good is it to see our new member leading the charge to a cleaner climate ? Thanks to you all !!! https://womensagenda.com.au//zali-steggall-relaunches-cl/

09.01.2022 Everyone who responded to our Kitchen Table conversations raised how much they value the bush and beaches of Warringah - our beaches under direct threat from Climate Inaction: #climateactnow https://www.theguardian.com//world-sandy-beaches-disappear
07.01.2022 You voted for the planet - and for a more respectful, less polarising local political representative. You may enjoy this event...
06.01.2022 Will the Coalition take the sensible approach to emissions reduction and support Zali’s Climate Action legislation? Save themselves and the planet ?
06.01.2022 Look what came in the post today !! Can’t wait to read it.
03.01.2022 Well some people have heard the message.... Kean laughs as I bring it up. Well thanks to him, everyone in the cabinet does. Seriously, after I drew the link between climate change and the bushfires, a number of federal MPs and cabinet ministers contacted me and said, ‘Absolutely, this is a huge issue we need to deal with.’ Warringah is the perfect example. It was Liberal heartland and they kicked out the sitting member [Tony Abbott], not because of his economic views, but because of his environment and social views.
02.01.2022 Warringah voted for a local representative that acted decisively on climate change. And that is exactly what we have now...
