02.01.2022 Sadananda Gowda To ensure easier procurement of medicines by patients during the lockdown PMBJP stores under the Department of Pharmaceuticals are accepting the orders for medicines on WhatsApp and e-mail, where on the basis of uploaded prescriptions medicines are delivered at the doorsteps of the patients. Government has also made supply arrangements with India Post to supply it to remotely located stores. For maintaining supply of essential medicines during lockdown period, PMBJP has issued purchase orders for 178 fast-moving medicines in April 2020 worth Rs 186.52crore.
