08.01.2022 Fresh updates for Voltage...New SHOCK & STRIKE times! *Tuesday morning 5am remains. *Tuesday morning 6.30am has now been CHANGED to 5.45am.... *Tuesday morning 9.35am Mum's & Bub's has now been ADDED! This class will be Shock & Strike and will be running on an alternating basis. *Friday arvo 6.40pm will be TRIALLED on the 15/11 & 29/11. This class will be run as a SHOCK Class.
