23.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone, it's been such a busy week, trying to get these homes dust free, we appreciate the understanding of additional costs and time involved in doing so, we have had most clients come back, with next week being the second cycle of a fortnight. We have had an overwhelming response for new cleans both Domestic and Commercial, we have a Covid safe plan in place and respect all clients wishes when entering homes. I have been super organised even though I am still one handed, and I can't wait till I have a full recovery. We are so happy to see many of our clients again. We hope you are all well and are enjoying this wonderful weekend moving around Victoria.

17.01.2022 Happy Tuesday everyone, we hope you are all keeping well. As we can appreciate the strict restrictions we await Sunday's media conference to see if our industry gets any relief but according to the road map it shows that 26th of October is when we can resume house cleaning, I am disappointed as my girls need to work to support themselves and as do we eventually, all plans I had now are 12 months behind schedule , I know there are many worse off and we really feel for them. We are all trying to stay positive through all this, and do hope, it is over soon, my main concern is that it is coming close to Christmas and the workload ahead of us. Take care and stay safe, we need to look after our most vulnerable. Most days we walk and are kind and say hello to all the people we pass, along the way, it is a good feeling, to make a difference.

17.01.2022 Hey everyone it has been a while, so much has happened in my personal life,we almost lost Pete, I guess coming to terms with that has been traumatic in itself. We are back to being so busy, so many new clients, move out cleans, move in cleans, and steam cleaning, we are now doing in house steam cleaning, as we have purchased our own little machine, I can't begin to tell you how many we have done to date. We hope all clients and their families are well, most clients have headed back to the office now, as the juggling of time slots was our biggest challenge, but we got there in the end, enjoy you end of week and stay happy.

15.01.2022 Hello everyone, hope your all having a great weekend, I know this is going to be a hard 5 Days as we go into our lockdown weekend, so much for a lovely valentines day, it will be spend in the 5km radius at the park, lake or my own backyard. due to these restrictions we are only undertaking cleans on commercial essential properties and for those who have their medical exemptions, any potential hot spots will be deemed a no go zone Text messages will be going out tomorrow with information on clients affected by this. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this outbreak stay safe !!

11.01.2022 To all my Valued clients, I hope you are all doing well and are staying safe, in these unprecedented times, we miss all our clients, the kids, and the pets.. We have been stuck at home for 2 months now, as I'm sure many of you have too, with limited travel of the 5km zone, it has been hard to support those in need, throughout this time our commercial work has continued and we are thankful for this, with Kon keeping these all covid clean. Pete and I decided it was time to... take a break, but with no plan, the shops and trades closed it was a few weeks of disbelief, confusion and what to do. We are now ready to return, we have made the decision right now that we can only service clients with medical conditions, and further more awaiting Sunday the 18th of October for confirmation of whether our industry can continue, We have had a lot of requests, but with most neighbours in some places dobbing in suspicious activities it is not worth the fine. As we don't know after so much time has passed, if any clients situations have changed, work wise or financially I would like to take this opportunity and ask you all to reply for cleaning in the coming weeks, it's going to be both challenging and probably more costly , however all the crew are eager to get back and make those homes dust free and clean. We will try and get some routine back in order, when that time comes for the bookings. We will continue taking all the precautions to make sure we keep Covid away. As we are coming so close to Christmas 7 weeks away the challenge is going to be big. So you all know I had a bad fall last week over the edge of a steep hill whilst hiking, so I myself can't work till mid November( lucky to come out of it with a fracture and bruising .. 09.01.2022 One of my clients sent this to me today, Back to work this week, I am contacting everyone to get the home routines in order, yay!! Enjoy the sunshine and thank you so much as always for your kind words and support through these hard times. *update* my injuries are healing, I still have my arm not 100% hopefully in a few weeks and with physio i'll be back to my strong self, my team has been so good and helpful. We will be working Saturday's to accomadate exit and entry cleans in the lead up to Christmas, which is in approximately 46 days
