23.01.2022 This Pajero 3.2L 4M41 Inlet manifold we cleaned today was up there with the filthiest we’d seen for a while. In fact, the engine light was on because the variable intake runner flaps were jamming. Some scraping was a must before almost an hour in the hotwash. These are definitely worth physically removing and cleaning rather than an on car clean.

22.01.2022 Gary back for more bling, this time we fit an #enhancedautomotive 18% overdrive Gilmer Kit to match his current boost setting. We ditched the slipping 8pk belt drive system.... I think just quietly he wanted it for the noise

21.01.2022 During these uncertain times, it’s given us the opportunity to give the shop a bit of a makeover. Whilst maintaining Covid Safe measures, we’re still able to continue with business as usual.

21.01.2022 Mick’s Chevy Nova in this morning to complete a final tune and give it a spray of nitrous. The Small Block picked up an extra 42rwkw and over 250Nm of torque.

21.01.2022 Powerplay Entered 24th of October 2020

19.01.2022 Matt’s 6L Datto DATSLOOSE in for a tuneup. I’m sure we’re all familiar with this thing from the burnout scene. A large jetting adjustment and custom ignition map seen this methanol slurping tyre destroyer off for a healthy life.

17.01.2022 Something a little left field here for once. Brendon has been spending just about every second of spare time he had rebuilding the 1FZ-FE engine in his 80 series. Those familiar with these engines know that they are known for their reliability, but suffer a severe lack of horsepower... Brendon fitted a T04e turbo (very neatly I might add) with the safari manifold etc. Fitted now with a Haltech Elite 2500 ECU and direct fire ignition, we tuned it so far on the 6psi gate pressure until the engine has some Kms on it. Already making over a 70% gain on the factory power level.

16.01.2022 Ok Who’s up for a giggle? This is what $800.20 has got us for the shop junka. eBay wuhan war whistle Some scrap piping/welding attempt by me ... About 4 millions beers 10.4psi on 98 3.9:1 diff shimmed up with a 20c coin A built 4L60e that cops over 1300Nm Not only did the Chinese turbo cop back to back pulls, the rods are still on the inside I’ll chuck some photos in the comments too

13.01.2022 Rod, in search of more power has again proven the strength of the LS Platform. This is just an LS3 with a basic stage 2 kit that excels in every aspect of fuel economy, power and street manners.

10.01.2022 Ben brought his VK in today for a tune. The Warspeed Industries built 355 stroker engine has proven itself a worthy a competitor to the LS Community. The #quickfuel 750 carb and #iceignition made taming the beast a pleasure.

06.01.2022 Patrick brought his vehicle in with a engine knock. Being that he had recently had injectors changed, a decision was made to do a compression test to make sure we’re playing with a good canvas. With the all clear on the results, we had the injectors tested to confirm our suspicions. We put a set of Genuine Denso injectors in and performed coding and initial learning. We then performed a super safe custom remap with 18+ AFRs and still ticking all the boxes.

03.01.2022 Ben’s VF SSv Producing the goods today. We fitted a Harrop 2650 to his LS3 this week and has already exceeded expectations. Still on 98 octane fuel, the unopened bottom end still has the standard fuel pump and clutch with a small cam we fitted a couple of years ago.

01.01.2022 Hot off the rollers is Matt’s HG SBC Stroker. Again proving the solid cam provides the goods and making over 700Nm of torque. This thing pulls like it’s just started high school
