22.01.2022 VMIA An increase of 75% in insurance policies for 3 or more dwellings being built! This could mean an increase of 5k - 15k per project for the client. For those that don’t know the VMIA is a state government run insurance provider, clearly they’re up to their usual best in hiding ways to raise revenue.
16.01.2022 A good first week onsite at our Dingley project! The top dog from @barr_electrics dropped buy for some capping of services to make the site safe and the boys from @a1_projects commencing the initial structural changes required before taking the lid off and putting the first floor on.
10.01.2022 Cool week this week on our Dingley project with some great structural progress, new stumps in where the old verandah was. Majority of our internal beams are also in. Another week or so and off comes the roof!
