This means he was born without ear canals and outer ear structure. He is conductivity deaf and is aided by bone conducting hearing aids.... The fundraising will assist to have Aiden fitted with state of the art 3D modeled ears with renowned Australian reconstructive plastic surgeon Dr Joe Dusseldorp .
