22.01.2022 Merry Christmas to one and all and a huge thank you to everyone who helped on and off the field this season to make the club so great. Enjoy this time with family and friends, travel safe and a huge piss off to the year 2020. 17.01.2022 It is with great pleasure we announce Dave Warburton as the returning coach of the Kangaroos League Tag team for 2021. Dave brings with him a wealth of knowledge, and hopes to go one better this year, especially with a lot of our juniors coming up into senior footy #GoRoos2021

07.01.2022 We are excited to announce Simone O'Mara as the Kangaroos' Strength and Conditioning Coach for 2021 Simone is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry and is the owner of "Fitness, Health and Wellness Coaching - Simone O’Mara Trainer and Assessor for Fitness." Simone’s career in fitness started at the age of 18 when she joined the Royal Australian Navy. After completing her service in the RAN Simone worked as a Personal Trainer/Manage...r for several years, before gaining a position at Tafe NSW teaching fitness. Growing up in a family with a background in both professional and local rugby league gave Simone the ability and resources to learn the game inside and out. She then took her love and understanding of rugby league and applied that knowledge to her clients' (players) training. Simone has worked with both male and female rugby league players of all ages and experience levels, and under her training regime, has taken their fitness, strength and conditioning to new heights. Simone has always aspired to help people reach their fitness and health goals. She began one-on-one and group fitness training early in her career, however, wanted to expand her knowledge and experience. Simone has designed and developed online programs for sporting groups at all ages and levels. She has also designed, developed and implemented "Fitness, Health and Wellness" programs for schools. Simone is experienced in strength and conditioning, physique transformation, in developing elite athletes, as well as Indigenous programs and for athletes with special needs. Simone's chosen career has never once felt like a job to her, and she strives to continuously grow and obtain as much knowledge and experience as she can. Simone is currently working on expanding her School's programs and is returning to university this year to undertake a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Simone's focus in 2021 is to help bring Kangaroos home for the win!

07.01.2022 Pre-season training for all grades starts back next Tuesday 19 January, at Parramore Park, commencing at 5.45pm. All existing and new players from Under 16s, Under 18s, League Tag, Reserves and First Grade are welcome and expected to attend. Training will be great under the leadership of Simon Woolford and Simone O’Mara. ... Bring boots and runners and #GoRoos2021.
