16.01.2022 Apparently, it's ok for the Premier to dole out massive pay rises to her mates, while nurses and midwives miss out on what we deserve. To top it off, it's apparently ok because it's "only for 12 months", not considering the long term impacts on our incomes, super, families and communities. Tell the Premier she's out of touch: www.stopthewagefreeze.com.au

15.01.2022 Nurses/Midwives in NSW are only 11 days away from either finally winning or losing their July Pay Increase of 2.5%. The NSW Government took the fight to the Industrial Relations Commission and there will be a hearing on 23/06/2020 for a final decision. DO YOU WANT TO JOIN YOUR NSWNMA BRANCH & HELP FIGHT AGAINST THIS PAY FREEZE?

14.01.2022 "It's not just today - it's into the future" Gladys Berejiklian's cruel wage freeze has long-term implications for nursing and midwifery. It will make lives harder for all of us, and make it more difficult to recruit new nurses and midwives into the professions.

13.01.2022 "There's inadequate staffing and inadequate resourcing" The people of rural and regional NSW have been left out in the cold by this Government when it comes to healthcare. We're backing calls for an inquiry to help address these issues. Via 9 News Illawarra
