18.01.2022 Nominations for the ***WHSA High Points 2020*** are open. To enter simply fill in the nomination form and start collecting points. There is a category to enter no matter what you and your Waler get up to and no need to decide on a category to enter until you submit your points at the end of the award. If you have entered your horse before just send proof of payment. Enter before the 31 August 2019 and collect all back dated points gained from 01 July 2019. 11.01.2022 Each year the Waler Horse Society of Australia represents the Waler Horse in the Horse Breeds Expo at the Royal Brisbane Show (Ekka). It takes a lot of time and effort to organise, man the breed stall and take part in the demonstrations. So thank you Grantley for organising this years display and lets thank each well turned out Waler and their owners for proudly promoting our horses at the Ekka whilst demonstrating their versatility in the demonstrations. 03.01.2022 2020 Waler High Point Award, have you entered yet? We love seeing our Walers out and about promoting themselves as the versatile breed that we all love. We want to see what our members are getting up to and we want to reward the Walers and their mounts for promoting our horses. There is something for everyone with four different categories and you dont have to be a fierce competitor to win, you just need to be getting out there.... The categories are Versatile Waler, Show Waler, Performance Waler and Regional Waler. Get your entries in now as this years competition doesnt close until 30 June. All the information and documents can be found on the website, but be sure to contact us should you have any questions
