Som...e would say I am an expert 'friend' to my humans. I am pretty chilled out, sometimes a bit clingy to my humans and I am currently in a foster home where my foster parents say I'm completely toilet-trained. Whilst I love humans, I am fine to relax by myself when my foster parents go out for a few hours and leave me by myself. I would prefer to be both an inside and outside dog and as a sportswoman, I do know how to play! I love the game 'fetch' but I kinda just chase the toy, collect it in my mouth and I might drop it off before I get to you. I might not know the proper rules of 'Fetch' but I love playing it anyway! I'm also very good at tug-of-war and like to play it with humans. I am currently practising for my gardening apprenticeship and I might dig a little bit for fun! I don't dig to escape as I love being with my humans but I don't mind a minor backyard renovation. As my new owner will become my personal chef, I would like to request that I am continued to be fed my special J/D Hills food for my joints, mixed with wet food. Just last night assisted a Little Dude be returned SAFELY Home! He was a muddy little boy that in the dark couldn't see he had a # on Him. Grandma was watching Him so posts on Facebook would not have gotten Him back Home!!

10.01.2022 NO ONE HAS ENQUIRED ABOUT ME!! IS IT BECAUSE I AM AN OLD DOGGIE? Do you remember me from last month? I was left in the pound at 12 years of age - abandone...d by the family I thought loved me but Rescue Hub stepped in to save me. They found me a loving foster home with a beautiful mum who has being caring for me since I left the pound but I can only stay here until Christmas time so I am on the lookout for a new home. I am an older gentleman (I'll be 13 next February) who is looking for a quiet and loving home to live out my days. I only need a short walk each day and I am happy to lay by your feet, and keep you company. JD would prefer a home where there is somebody home for some of the day. I havd had some lumps and bumps removed but the vet has given me the "all clear" so now I just need to find my forever home to live out my twilight years. A long term foster home is ok too and Rescue Hub will look after me financially if you can give me the love and care I need. Overall for my age, I am in good health and all my vital organs are in good working order! I am partly deaf but will follow commands. I will need to be the only pet, and can walk past other dogs fairly well, but I definitely will need a new home with no other pets.
