This was not a quick process but I feel so much better now and still a work in progress My plan is to reduce waste and restock jars as we need. ... Cleared and went through cupboard and check expiry dates I got my jars from Facebook marketplace, some I paid, for some for free I have written or taped expiry date on back of jar for the things we will not use quickly You can use any container or jars.. I just like the Moccona ones I got my labels from Kmart Keeps you organised Find bulk food store to refill, to reduce waste Ease of access What have you got in your pantry that you could make use of this week? I am also making up my spice mixes in advance for regular recipes so ready to go for cooking and to save time Love to you all x

14.01.2022 My new little man (Wise One) I bought yesterday, a Birthday present from my Mum. He is a continued reminder of being aware of what I consume. Not just food. What I read. ... What I listen to. What I watch. It is more important than ever to stop listening to things that do not support my wellbeing. But also a reminder to be aware, keep my eyes open, research for myself and question everything. So as I go further within and my inner most knowing becomes louder than the outer world, I know this will support both my physical and mental health as I choose peace as well as my innate wisdom! Love to you all!
