Ok so at the beginning of this week I asked you guys on my stories if there was anyone out there who wanted to do a fitness challenge.Enough of you responded then,so now it’s time to talk through some dets. I have to rule out push-ups because I have an old shoulder injury.Sorry. But it could totally be a squat challenge,a sit-up challenge,a planking challenge (scary)or maybe a step challenge.Like doing a certain amount of walking every day-everyone can walk right? Then after we decide what exercise to do,we then need to decide how long we will do it for. I think a month is too long and people will get bored.A week would be a great way to start and if we were doing really well maybe push it to two? But the other question is how do we monitor it?How do we interact with each other and spur each other on?
