24.01.2022 A great reminder of what not to feed our pets this festive season! Another common household toxin is the lily plant - all parts of the plant (leaves, stems, petals, stamens) are toxic to both cats and dogs. So keep those Christmas lilies away from your fur babies!

21.01.2022 SORTED- thanks to everyone that offered to help, looks like we have this sorted I need to set up something to house a large wombat while a wound on her foot h...eals. It’ll probably take around 2 weeks. She needs to be on something totally smooth in that time. Base and walls. Ideas so far include a cage trailer with the walls lined, a horse float, skip bin with walk in door. I need this set up ASAP, ideally today. Does anyone local to launching place have anything I can borrow for a few weeks ? Keeping in mind she is a big strong girl. Needs to be something heavy duty that can allow her a bit of room to move around. See more

16.01.2022 Kipa and Dougal were so well behaved for their vaccinations this evening. Don’t they have the happiest little scruffy faces!

12.01.2022 Oh dear, it’s that time of year again.... GRASS SEED TIME!!! This whopper was removed from the nose of this Jack Russell Terrier yesterday. It was well and truly lodged up there, and required an anaesthetic to be found and removed. ... Best ways to avoid those pesky seeds making their way into unwanted places? check your dogs’ paws, ears, nooks and crannies every day, especially after being in areas with long grasses or seeding grasses. avoid walking your dog through long grass or seeding grasses...also a good way to avoid ! clip the fur of long haired dogs, particularly between the toes.

12.01.2022 What? Who said my ears are too big?! Who can guess what breed Norman is? Here’s a clue...they are the largest of all the domestic cat breeds Little Norman still has lots of growing to do

08.01.2022 Yesterday we had a visit from Salt and her 10 day old kid, Milo. Vet nurse Nina enjoyed some cuddles with Milo while Salt had her health check. How adorable is that little face!!!

04.01.2022 The Clinic will be closing slightly early this evening, at 6:00pm. We have our annual dinner tonight, and usually we try to book this dinner so that it is minimally interruptive to the services we offer, but alas Covid has made that very difficult this year! Should your animals require emergency veterinary attention after 6pm, please call either Seville Vet Clinic on 5964 3960, or the Animal Emergency Centre at Mt Waverley on 9803 8122. We are open for business as usual on Saturday, but please speak quietly and don’t be alarmed if some of us are wearing sunglasses

04.01.2022 Who says dogs and cats can’t be friends?! Marli and Alan certainly prove that theory wrong!

02.01.2022 Oh Bugsie Malone, you are divine!
