The Wang Hockey Club Annual General Meeting is upon us, place this date on your calendar in permanent marker: ** AGM - 10th November 2020, 7.00pm at the Northo (details on the attached agenda).... ** Nominations Due - 3rd November 2020 An advert will appear in the Chronicle classifieds tomorrow (Monday 12th November). Attached to this are two documents: 1. A nomination form for committee membership and roles in 2021 You're welcome to print this and submit it with your nominated person/people for any of the listed positions on the Wangaratta Hockey Club Committee. You can take a photo of it, post it, or hand it to a committee member in person. You can photograph it and send via email, or send an email with something like this... WHC 2021 President = Santa Clause WHC 2021 Vice-Pres = Winnie the Pooh Confidentiality - Note that email probably won't be confidential. [email protected] 2. The meeting agenda for our 2020 AGM. For anyone wishing to attend. It'd be great to know in advance if you are, due to COVID-19 considerations.
