21.01.2022 With Stage 4 lock down effective, we are letting you know that WE ARE STILL OPEN!! Here are some common questions! Are veterinary clinics classed as an essential service? Yes! Wantirna Vet Clinic is an essential service (as per the Australian Veterinary Association). We are essential as we provide physical and emotional care you and your pets need during these uncertain times. Wether it be a cut paw, sore ear or a more life threatening condition.... Are there any restrictions to the service? Yes! We will still be operating as minimal contact. We are still able to admit your pet into the clinic, were we will provide a consultation over the phone with you after examining your pet. We are still striving for great service during these unusual times. Can I pick up medications or food for my pet? Yes! You can but we ask that you call and order any medication and food before arriving at the clinic so we can ensure we have it in stock and can make the transition as smooth as possible For long term medication we ask that you can give us a weeks notice before you run out. This is so we can ensure we have it or order it for you.. We thank you for your ongoing support, and will keep you up to date with any changes as they come to light. Stay safe everyone!
