24.01.2022 Congratulations goes to Tri-state Warbird Museum for winning Grand Champion for EAA AirVenture, Oshkosh 2016. Their ex RNZAF P-40M was initially restored in New Zealand by Allied Fighter Rebuilds Ltd before being sent to the US. We are fortunate to have the tooling and the expertise that was used to restore the wings of this P-40 and are being used to produce our wing kits. Please contact us for more information about our P-40 wing kits and other P-40 products.

21.01.2022 Accepting orders now. Warbird Aviation Services are now accepting orders for their P-40 sheet metal wing kit, the first orders will be ready for delivery in December 2016. The kits include a full set of ribs, extrusion, spars, pre drilled skins and jig drawings for your P-40 project. For all questions and queries, please email me at [email protected]

19.01.2022 SNEAK PEAK... spar 1 of our latest P-40 wing kit being assembled in our jig. All parts are manufactured in our workshop to the very highest standards of quality and accuracy. Stay tuned for more photos over the next few months as this wing comes together.

17.01.2022 Our first P-40 main wing assembly jig has been cleaned and painted. Now its time to realign the jig to Curtiss factory specifications and start building wings!! (Well at least after we clean, paint and set up the other side). Many thanks goes out to Bruno for lending me his original wings, Mike for helping fit them to the jig and Wayne for helping clean and paint.

07.01.2022 A big few months ahead with our leading edge jigs being finished and our first leading edges for our P-40E are about to be assembled. In the mean time, our first 3 wing kits are progressing well and on track for completion by mid December 2016. Watch this space for photos and updates.
