Your baby will grow 20 baby teeth between 0 and 2 years of age (also known as milk teeth) and they have a really important function.... 05.01.2022 Its with broken hearts that Dr Anand and Belinda share the news of the passing of their handsome little Huxley in the early hours on Saturday morning on the 22nd of August. He went to sleep peacefully in his mum and dads arms. He was 1 year and 2 weeks old. As a very preemie baby born at 25 weeks gestation, he fought a long and hard battle with severe chronic lung disease. Most of his life was spent in hospital where he was loved and adored by all. He had the most beaut...iful eyes and his smile would melt your heart. Anand and Belinda were lucky enough to get him home for a couple of days for his first birthday on the 8th of August. A memory they will hold dearly. Huxley will be laid to rest this Wednesday at a private funeral service. Anand and Belinda will be closing the Practice on Wednesday out of respect for Huxley. If you can find the time on Wednesday they invite you to take a walk in the fresh air, stop and smell the roses, touch the grass, the simple little things that Huxley never experienced but would have loved so dearly. In lieu of flowers, they have asked for donations to Olivias Place. Anand and Belinda would like to thank the WDC team and the community for their love and support over the last 12 months as they worked tirelessly to get Huxley home.
