19.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL PARENTS WITH KIDS BORN 2005 & 2006!!!! Warragul Industrials are running a Junior Development Camp with Dusties senior coach Harmit Singh. The camp will run on November 21st and will focus on elite skills, player nutrition, player welfare and many other great things to do with this great game footy. Harmit comes to the Dusties with 13 years in the AFL system running Community and Academy programs as well as AFLW Assistant coaching, he also played in the VFL and ...coached senior teams Morwell and Vermont to back to back flags. 12.01.2022 A new era AFL Gippsland All Stars Academy AFL Gippsland in 2021 are excited to launch the AFL Gippsland All-Stars Academy which will combine both programs previously known as Interleague and the Next Generation Academy. The AFL Gippsland All Stars Academy tryouts will commence Sunday 21 February 9:30am 13s, 10:30am 14s and 11:30am 15s at Drouin Recreation Reserve. For those with kids in U/12 and U/14 age range for the upcoming season, there is an opportunity to participate in a W&DJFL focused Pre Season development program run over 8 weeks from Feb to early April. This development clinic is run independent of the league and clubs so registration and participation is up to individuals, However the 8 week clinic has a cost of $200 if registered prior to 27th Jan. This is a great opportunity for those interested to get a... kick start in conditioning and skills development prior to season kickoff, especially given last years curtailed season, and the flow on effect in the footy development of the juniors.
