24.01.2022 The HRCAV is implementing a range of rule changes on 1st July. You can review the changes here: https://hrcav.com.au//Rule-changes-effective-1-july-2020-w Lev...el 4 & 5 competitors will note that they need to update the points on their performance cards before their next event. It's not difficult. Determine your new points using the conversion table: https://hrcav.com.au//CONVERSION-TABLE-FOR-CARD-AMENDMENTS Any questions? Post below or message us on FB. EDIT: please note that rule 23.4 is not applied retrospectively. Only combinations which point up to the next level after 1st July need to revert to base points.

22.01.2022 BEFORE YOU NEXT COMPETE IN HRCAV ANSWER THE FOLLOWING 3 QUESTIONS. Were you assessed prior to 1st JULY 2020? Were you assessed at LEVEL 4 OR LEVEL 5?... Were these assessments for the following disciplines? DRESSAGE HORSE TRIALS COMBINED TRAINING AND/OR SHOW JUMPING If you answered YES to all 3 questions you will need to amend the relevant performance cards to bring your points into line with the new points tables. Go to the HRCAV website for information on how to convert your card points https://hrcav.com.au/directions-for-converting-card-points/

20.01.2022 Our President Catherine Shelley has been nominated for the Equestrian Victoria (EV) LIFETIME SERVICE TO SPORT award. If you are an EV member please vote, there is no one more deserving!! https://evarena.org.au/lifetime-service-finalists/ **This award recognises outstanding and extraordinary dedication in the sporting arena and contributions that have had a positive impact on the Victorian equestrian sector over a number of years. It recognises those who have consistently gon...e above and beyond behind the scenes. It rewards those who have generously dedicated themselves to the sport but whose achievements aren’t necessarily recognised by being on a podium or being in the media spotlight. They are that ‘go-to’ person who is both respected and admired for who they are and what they have achieved. The winner of this award will be someone who has made an impact over a long period of time for the love of the sport, not the glory. See more

Let's beat this awful virus.
