23.01.2022 Our first Belrose adults Move'n'Groove class was so much fun! We all had a ball together dancing away to classic retro songs and encouraging one another as we learnt some great new exercises. Bring on next week!
23.01.2022 Warringah Dance *daytime classes commencing Term 1, 2012* - featuring ROSEBUDS Pre-ballet for pre-schoolers, and the child-friendly MOVE'N'GROOVE for adults! As mothers, the owners understand that getting classes done during school hours can be very helpful.

21.01.2022 Our ROSEBUDS pre-school classes are what we call 'pre-ballet'. That is, we will teach the children two of the basic five positions for arms and feet, work on learning to point feet and stretch knees. We will learn how to do beautiful arms, improve our posture and begin to run like ballerinas (or fairies & super hero's, if that's more their fancy) instead of little elephants! The class will also involve some story-telling (as is the case in most dance) and the use of props suc...h as wands and scarves to enhance movement. We will also be working on rhythm and musicality through games & songs. In addition to dancing, your child will gain self-confidence and improve their social skills as they interact with the teacher and their fellow students. 13.01.2022 Our first Rosebuds class at Belrose on tues was wonderful! It was great to see so many little ones come and have a great time as they explored ballet, movement & music.
10.01.2022 We had a great time with all our gorgeous little Rosebuds this morning at Terrey Hills then started to get fit (& hot!) with the Move'n'groovers as we danced to inxs, pseudo echo, b-52s, Michael Jackson, Robert Palmer ... + more! You can join us at anytime throughout the year so it's always the right time to come and have your first class!
10.01.2022 Fun daytime ADULTS CLASSES! With great music you remember from the 80's, 90's & 00's (with a few current songs thrown in), the atmosphere is low key with no pressure. The style of dance is basic jazz with a bit of contemporary and perhaps even funk thrown in! All levels of experience are welcome. Children are very welcome at the Move'n'Groove class. We will have a toy corner (with a play-pen for smaller children) set up in the corner. Mothers are welcome to bring morning tea... for their children and leave them to play whilst we are dancing. visit www.warringahdance.com.au for more info!

02.01.2022 Special Combined Rate for 2012! Book in for and pay by the term for both Rosebuds Pre-Ballet (for pre-schoolers) and Move'n'Groove (for adults) and receive 10% off the total cost! Pay only $20 for BOTH classes per week. This means you get a dance class for you and your child each week for only $200 a whole term! Remember: Your "rosebud" who has just finished their class is very welcome to stay and play in the toy corner whilst you do your class.
