16.01.2022 Home from Monto's 90th show for 2021. Had a great time and talked to many people in regards to Texas Longhorns. Alot of interest generated. We ran a Tip 2 Tip competition which was won by Roger Stubbs with a guess of 1580mm just 1mm shy of the actual length of 1581mm.(62.24 inches).

12.01.2022 Our Waratah Longhorn meat featured at the Red Earth Community Leadership programs Burnett inland grazing table. This is our smoked brisket with a Taste of Tingoora pickled beetroot and phili cheese infused with Richard’s Country Kitchen BBQ Sauce. It’s no wonder this was the first to be eaten. Yummo
