25.01.2022 We would like to notify everyone that we are progressively switching on our water refill kiosks across the network in line with the most up to date government health advice available. We are closely monitoring any updates provided by the government and health officials and acting accordingly.

22.01.2022 Dear Water 3 Family, Our mission is to make the world a cleaner place, during these times, to do our part in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to suspend the sale of water from a number of our spring water refill stations temporarily, as some landlords are asking non-essential utilities to be shut. We ask that all our customers please practise good hygiene when using our kiosks our water is pure, our kiosks cleaned regularly, and there is no cross co...ntamination able to happen between peoples bottles during the refill process. Bottles will be available from all kiosks, and our advertising and messaging will continue to play. We’ve also reached out to local authorities, to provide complimentary space on the screens for community messaging. Water 3 is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, customers & community.

We also feel it is important to take a calm and balanced approach, making sensible decisions and focusing our efforts on practical, meaningful actions that prioritise the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and communities. . . We have increased the frequency of on-site cleaning for each of our Refill Stations within the Water3 network.
