14.01.2022 Hi everyone, those with variable CBA home loans and investment loans. On the 1st of May CBA will be reducing mortgage payments to required monthly minimum payment based on current interest rates. If you are in a position that you wish to pay more, you will be able to do this manually through your net banking app. Remember for those that can’t make payments at all due to loss of work, please contact CBA directly.

01.01.2022 The NSW Government is from 1 August 2020 temporarily scrapping stamp duty for many more first home buyers. The threshold which stamp duty will be charged on new homes for first home buyers will increase from $650k to $800k and concessional amount on higher value up to $1million. With vacant land for first home buyers the threshold which stamp duty will be charged will increase from $350k to $400k and concessional amount on higher value up to $500k.... The scheme is set to benefit around 6000 first home buyers.
