We will be commencing on Wednesday May 1st as follows: Junior Squad: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:45pm-4:45pm... 19.01.2022 Hi everyone With our current situation being without access to train in the pool. Our coaching staff are very regularly posting out to the WhatsApp group chats workout routines and videos for the squads (competition, transition, senior and strength and speed) that can all be done at home. If you are already in the squad chat youll have seen these coming through. If however you are not in the chat already, please email Nick n Lee and you will be added to the appropriate gr...oup. We are aware that many people have varying levels of experience with land based work and "if in DOUBT leave it OUT". Where applicable we may say particular exercises are only suitable for certain ages and would expect that these recommendations are adhered to Stay Safe.

Competition, Transition and Senior Squads will be cancelled today with further information to follow ASAP. We will be e-mailing all our current swimmers today with information....
