10.01.2022 2020 have been a difficult year to date, and most people need a little bit more help or support to get them through these strange times. Wavecare is very happy to announce that we will bulk bill all of our appointments during Stage 4 Lockdown in Victoria. So contact your gp, via telehealth, and arrange a Mental Health Care Plan. The amount of sessions you can have with a mental health care plan has been increased from 10 to 20. This is great news.... 09.01.2022 COVID-19 and Counselling We are still open for business, during this difficult time.... However, we have moved all our of our appointments to telehealth consultations. At this extraordinary time, we will BULK BILL all health care card holders, and people who are recently lost their jobs. Please note that when we call you, our number will come up PRIVATE. 05.01.2022 Last night's Federal Budget now gives clients access to 20 sessions per year under the Better Access Scheme, (previously 10). Telehealth has been so successful that it looks like it will continue past March 2021. This is great news for everyone.
