25.01.2022 Thank you to all that applied for the after school/weekend positions I advertised a couple of weeks ago. I’m pleased to say that all applicants were of a high standard and it was extremely hard to pick 2 people so we picked 3. Parents and schools should be commended for how the applications were presented and especially the ones we interviewed how well they all come across. ... So welcome aboard Jaxon, Lucas and Cam, we look forward to you commencing this week as a part of the Hunters rural team.

24.01.2022 Hi just a quick message of thanks to all of our customers that have visited our store over the past week. As everyone is aware we are facing a forever changing world and in the short term we have had to put into place short term measures that endeavours to keep us safe against this virus. As this is a huge change from how we normally interact as the week progressed I have noticed a huge shift in how we interact, the respect you have given to each other and the staff you shou...ld be congratulated. And as this progresses we will keep you informed as to how things effect our business. We are working very closely with our suppliers to secure supplies for the rural sector and so far we have only had a few lines that have had temp shortages which have been rectified. Most shortages are due to unprecedented demand which I’m sure you understand why. Again thank you for being patient during this difficult time, we thank you for your continued support of the Hunter Group through out the Goulburn Valley/North East and we look forward to your next visit to one of our Hunters stores in the future.

11.01.2022 Hi everyone as you would be well and truly aware our normal way of life has changed and the way we interact is one of the actions that’s has seen tremendous change. With this every where you go there is instructions as to social distance etc to ensure we keep this virus at bay and here at Hunters we are putting in to place measures that keeps us trading with our valuable customers. So in the rural section in particular we have put some simple actions into place that not only ...tries to look after staff and customers alike. So we ask our customers to follow these basic instructions; When you park in the driveway we ask that you park in an orderly fashion that allows others to park & to allow for social distancing. This allows staff to load vehicles safely and interact with customers according to the directives. When you enter the sales counter area we ask that you again respect the social distance instructions and this includes customer sales at the counter. There is yellow lines that allows 1.5m gap to the counter, staff will ask how they can help and we progress from there, this includes making the transaction where we ask that the gap be maintained and once the invoice is completed the staff will step back to allow the transaction to be completed. If possible tap and go is the preferred option but we still process other payment options. Also we will be continuing to clean/disinfect the sales counter, trolleys and other areas as often as possible to protect all involved. And we ask you respect this activity as it’s a vital process in our housekeeping regime. Thank you for continuing to support the Hunter Group and we hope you understand the safety/hygiene measures we have put in place.
