16.01.2022 Hey parents & guardians, due to the current restrictions we are still unable to train tomorrow. Fingers crossedwe can restart on Sunday November 29th (next week). Please keep your son/daughter active outside by having lots of touches of a soccer ball. Please get them practicing passing the ball against a wall with the inside of the foot and with both feet. 15.01.2022 Aerobic endurance is key part of being a soccer player. The beep test is a great way of measuring your running aerobic endurance and is challenging test too!

12.01.2022 Children should practice their ball skills at every opportunity, even if it’s for only 5 minutes. Juggle the ball , roll it around, kick it, flick it & keep trying. Failing is all part of the process!
