25.01.2022 UPDATE: Stephanie and Craig's home under construction This photo was taken about two weeks ago when the roof carpenters were busily constructing the roof frame for Stephanie and Craig's dream home. Not long now and there will be roof cover - starting to look like a real home!

23.01.2022 Vinyl plank flooring is now a great alternative to traditional timber flooring or engineered timber flooring. In this home our client wanted a floor that could be walked on with wet feet and bathers as they came in and out from their outdoor pool/alfresco area.

19.01.2022 Our clients have chosen a brick veneer finish for the upper floor to their home in Singleton and Tony, our roof carpenter is on site standing up the timber wall frames. The view from the upper floor balcony is amazing.

18.01.2022 We had a great time down at the Rockingham Community Fair last weekend! Congratulations to Ata Baker for winning the raffle for our cubby house for his family. Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket in the draw, we managed to raise a total of $687 for the The Salvation Army Rockingham which will be a big help to local families in need this Christmas.

Our fairy friends at Little Fairy Face Painting will be out and about tomorrow as well. Make sure you pay them a visit to add a bit of sparkle to your little one's fair day!

Come and join us at the Rockingham Community Fair on Sunday the 22nd of November between 10am and 4pm where we will be raffling off this fabulous custom built cubby house for our annual charity fundraiser. Tickets will only be $2 and will be sold exclusively on the day. All proceeds will be donated to the wonderful Salvation Army Rockingham. We would like to give a shout out to our friends at Independent Timber Supplies, Bunnings Warehouse, Dulux Australia and BMC Roofing for the donation of materials and our very own Tyler Krogh for donating his time and craftmanship.

14.01.2022 Today we handed over another Premiere home to Peter and Vanessa who decided to demolish the home they have lived in for a number of years and build a new one. We really enjoyed working with them during the build and our tradies loved Vanessas muffins :)

It has been a privilege to have been asked to build another home for this great couple and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with them both. 06.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS! Over the past two years we have been moving away from project housing and focusing more on designing and building custom homes for our clients. In doing so we have been focusing heavily on customer service with our clients working closely with myself in both the design process and the onsite construction. This shift in focus has been very satisfying for both myself and our clients. As a result, we have recognised the need to change our trading name to a name that better reflects the focus of our business and how we now operate. 04.01.2022 Our clients for this beautiful two storey home in Singleton have chosen plasterboard dry-walling for their internal walls in lieu of the conventional cement float and plaster set. Although slightly more expensive it provides a superior painted finish and eliminates the cornice cracking that many homes experience.
