They are seeking suitable applicants to work in: ACT, Southern Inland, Far South Coast, Snowy Monaro, Shoalhaven and the Southern Highlands. Note: this is casual/seasonal work and hours will fluctuate depending on a range of factors. If you are interested, complete this form - bit.ly/3jdkEd2 - and a Cricket Manager will be in touch to discuss this fantastic opportunity.

22.01.2022 We paused before today's play commenced in honour of NAIDOC week and Cricket ACT's Reconciliation Round. Big thanks to President James Harrison for his words acknowledging the important contribution Indigenous people and culture has had on our game, and to all players and officials for taking part in our barefoot circle.

17.01.2022 4 DAYS TO GO!!!! And today’s announcement is of the 2nd Grade skipper & assistant coach for 2020/21 David Spare. Spare Grylls has played for Wests for years and is the source of many laughs around the club. Mostly with, sometimes at. ... When he gets going there are few better to watch and he may be one of the best fielders the club has ever had. A fantastic bloke to learn off, Sparey is set to lead the 2nd grade title defence the only way he knows how... with style Good luck Sparey and 2nd grade (see some stats tomorrow).

15.01.2022 We love Rama's and Minnie - get in there for the best curry in town

10.01.2022 Congratulations to Lachlan Malcolm who makes his first grade debut for us today! His cap presentation done by first grade player and fellow Batemans Bay Cricket Club alumni Matt Condon! Big thanks also to major sponsors Eastlake Gungahlin and the Eastlake Group for getting us on the park each week

09.01.2022 2 DAYS TO GO!!! It’s been a loooooooong time. And our last announcement is our first grade captain Joe Cooke.... @joecooke23 has reached dead-set legend status with over 5,000 runs and 9 100s and the odd wicket here or there, there couldn’t be a more qualified man to lead the charge. Congratulations to the big guy and a huge good luck to the 1s!

09.01.2022 3 DAYS TO GO!!!! It’s so close you can taste it! And this time we have some 2nd grade specific stats, our second grade team have had a lot of impressive individual performances and have had a lot of success in the past decade. You can clearly see here why.... But there are some old fellas (some still going around) on these lists as well. Will someone take the dear by the horns in 2020/21 and stamp their name atop of one of these leaderboards, I say, yes @c.brown_23 will. #allforone

08.01.2022 Farewell 2020 in style!

06.01.2022 Yes Blake Macdonald - great work for an important cause! Proud this lad is one of ours - get behind him Westies and donate if you can. https://give.everydayhero.com//24-hour-run-supporting-life... All for One

06.01.2022 5. DAYS TO GO And with the announcement of the women’s leadership, we’ve put together some stat leaders for our women’s team. Now there is a caveat that some statistics may be missing. ... There are some pretty impressive names on this list, and some movers and shakers as well. 5 days to go until our season kicks off - get excited.

06.01.2022 6 DAYS TO GO! Next we’re announcing the return of the pairing Alisa Clark as our women’s captain and Clinton Lillepruun as coach for 2020/21. Our women’s team under this leadership (with others) have won 4 x Lynne O’Meara cups and 2 x Glenda Hall shields in the past 5 seasons and are hoping to add to that tally.... Both Alisa and @pruuny will be assisted by @gracekuchlmayr throughout the season. Check in tomorrow for some club leaders in the women’s stats.

06.01.2022 Get around the club and grab yourself some raffle tickets! You might just win yourself a new car. All part of Toyota’s Goof For Cricket Raffle. All proceeds raised go straight back into the club, allowing us to grow as a community. There are plenty of prizes to be won, including three brand new Toyotas.... The link is in our bio *Photo was taken after our 2nd Grade @gccricketcentre T20 Blast premiership just a few weeks ago* #AllForOne #GoodForCricket

05.01.2022 Notice of changes to the Constitution: It is proposed that at the Annual General Meeting of the Club, scheduled for 29 July 2020, a motion be moved to amend the Club's constitution to: - remove the position "Director - University of Canberra Representative".... This is purely administrative in nature and follows an end to the club's "affiliation" with UCSport following adjustments to their program and how their affiliate memberships are structured. We are pleased that we still have a healthy sponsorship relationship with UCSport, and thank them for their support over the many years we've had an ongoing relationship. We look forward to this continuing into the future. We will still have a presence around University of Canberra and will be present at Open Days and welcome any UC students to contact us if they're interested in getting involved with our Club.
