20.01.2022 Need to share this beautiful story. We just had a young girl come into our store Doughchino Bunbury to give us her monthly pocket money from a jar. We tried to offer her something in return, but she said No I just want to support local businesses. This is what makes me love my job and gives me inspiration to keep going with my business during this difficult time. ... So a massive thank you to that young girl. 14.01.2022 I would love to see how I can help other businesses grow during this tough period of time, so I have set up this service powered by Doughchino Bunbury. Service comes with a small fee but it will give you the basic tools you need to help give your business an online presence. I will also show you how to set up email, set up a domain, graphic design basics, show you marketing tips and connect you with some people who will be able to guide you further with growing your business,... like photographers and local printing companies. Due to Covid-19 I will only be able to run two people per class located at 3/53 Victoria street Bunbury at 9 am Wednesday to Friday. So one appointment each day of the week. Again, I love supporting local businesses and it is clearly crucial during these times we're in. Together, let's recover and grow, building our Bunbury community and economy.

01.01.2022 A few steps to starting your Business in a direction of recovery and growth. 1. Don’t panic! Panicking won’t help your situation. 2. I recommend downloading an app called Mindly. This app is free and will allow you to get your ideas into a Mind Map and clear your head. Putting your future ideas down so you can visually see your directions and goals is key. 3. Meditation and time out for yourself. Remember you are the one running the ship. Without a clear mind you will not ...be running your business at 100% 4. Kill dead man hours! This one is important. Run a daily profit report and work out when you are not busy. Redirect these hours into tapping into a new market. Eg Home delivery. 5. Listen to the Government and Health organisations ONLY and not Facebook. Clear information will guide your business in the correct direction. 6. Most importantly. Cash flow! Now is the time to work out other avenues of income to keep your business running. E-commerce sites are perfect for selling your products and services.
