19.01.2022 We all have our weaknesses, your not alone. We all fall off the healthy path sometimes. But that’s ok, it’s part of you and it’s part of life. Don’t be harsh on yourself, just pick yourself and give yourself a goal to eat less of that snack or treat over the week. A treat now and again is still ok though I Know I enjoy a chocolate treat now and again ;)

19.01.2022 We have some raffle tickets for sale to win some amazing prizes kindly donated by some of our local businesses to help raise money and awareness for our club, some of the money will be donated to a charity, as our way of giving back to the community. If you would like to buy some tickets please contact us and we will arrange to you some. Tickets are $1 each and prizes will be drawn at the Woodford Street Carnival on the 13th December. 07.01.2022 A big thank you to all of our members who attended our Christmas party today. It was lots of fun, some amazing people were presented with their awards (pics to come). Thank you to the members of the other clubs who attended, and to those who cleaned us out in the raffles lol A big thank you to Margaret and her staff at the Woodford Bowls Clubs for hosting and providing us with amazing Lou tasty food. We all left with full tummies. All the best for 2020 everyone
