17.01.2022 We are fortunate enough to be a part of FYA's program, and in doing so we would like to take the time to say thank you to everyone who has been behind our cause. Boroondara Youth Foundation / SPARK Deakin / Training Day Gyms / Our own WFM family and many volunteers that have aided us in this project. Next round of workshop dates are to be released this week, so stay tuned.

14.01.2022 Some people lift to eat and others eat to lift. We don’t know which one @sagarjain14 was thinking but we do know we have both available tomorrow @trainingdaygymclayton Barbell Bash Fundraiser _ There are a few spots left so if you wanted to deadlift for a cause then tickets are in our bio. Spectators come join with a gold coin donation and enjoy the BBQ on the day!

10.01.2022 The processes we directly learn to complete a lift also aid us in developing processes for the tougher paths in life. _ Importantly, even when the numbers are against you - fight to stand up. _ Thank you to all who helped and bought a ticket, just shy of $400 was raised from todays workshop. This will be donated to the @yatrafoundation to aid the wishes of our recently passed mate.
