25.01.2022 Capture The Story Catching your trophy fish isn’t just about the prize - it’s all about the fight, the experience, and your surroundings. Siren is a brand new dual-facing fishing camera that attaches to your line after hooking up. The camera slides down the line and floats on the surface, allowing you to capture the underwater battle between you and the fish.... Don't just tell your story. Show it. https://www.sirencameras.com/

23.01.2022 I had a mate on one of these boats and yep, thousands of them, I often wonder about our issues we have at certain times of the year here in Weipa with sharks when fishing, has anyone noticed that whilst the boats are working we dont have ANY shark problems and when they are gone we get smashed to the point you cant fish in deep waters as you just get chewed every time ........... I have always said that the boats should NOT return the by-catch to the water but keep it and sell it as bait or some other use, i highly doubt anything living thrown over would make it anyways and it is feeding a massive, unsustainable and growing population of sharks that the natural environment cannot normally sustain :-) noting I have NOTHING against the commercial fishery as we NEED it here ,,,,
