13.01.2022 Do you know the difference between low & high anxiety? Low anxiety is the tightness in your chest. It is irritability, being tired for no reason, having sore or tense muscles. ... Low anxiety is an inability to fall & stay asleep. It is excessive worrying, intrusive, obsessive or racing thoughts.
