25.01.2022 Hey PD Warriors , did you see that Queensland recorded no new Coronavirus cases over night 19-20th April. What a great result, We're getting closer to resuming some normality and you know what that means???... YES, Classes will hopefully be starting in the near future so we hope that you have all been exercising to 80% power. Looking forward to seeing you all again back on the other side here at Wellers Hill Physio. Keep safe everyone.

13.01.2022 Hi PD Warriors, Here's an exaggerated high knee box step. Rermemeber the idea of lifting those boots out of the mud to get high knee action. Kath's added vertical hands to give a contact point. Great exercise for those who feel they are freezing when walking. Keep up the good work exercising Warriors! 12.01.2022 Lest we forget! Wellers Hill Physio will be closed tomorrow 25th April as our mark of respect for all those that served Australia allowing us to enjoy the benefits. 09.01.2022 PD Warriors here's a version of our popular ball throw exercise that many of you will know from classes. Throw the ball hard onto the floor and catch it when it bounces back. The harder that you throw the ball the higher that it will bounce up. Also try twisting the body and throwing to either side.... Rememebr to look for 80% effort. Let that ball have it Warriors!

05.01.2022 Hi Warriors! Hope everyone is fairly well at this stime and putting in 80% effort with their exercises. Let's re-visit the Stop and Squat. Remember to really push then arms forward and stretch the wrists back as far as possible. Nice low squat through the knees.... Shout STOP loudly to get the voice working. Repeat 3 - times and then assess your intensity before repeating that cycle a few times. Remember we're always here at Wellers Hill Physio to answer any questions that you may have.
