14.01.2022 If you’re a sucker for waffles and French toast this one is for you Super super easy. This is what’s in mine. 3 eggs with tad almond milk whisked up... 3 slices of Dave’s thinly sliced bread (usually I would just have 2 but these slices are really small. Soak bread and cook. 1/2 -1 cup frozen berries in a pot with 1/4 cup water. Heat until soft and add 1 tbsp chia seeds. Let soak up moisture on low heat. 06.01.2022 Perspective. Just because you drank a glass of wine.. Because you skipped the gym today.. You are pizza..... And a cookie.. Does not mean you are failing. It means that you are letting yourself enjoy the things you love. Remember that it’s one day. And as long as you are consistent 80-90% of the time, letting yourself enjoy the treats shouldn’t come with guilt. Enjoy it. Have your day. Be consistent the rest of the time. Restricting yourself too much within your diet can ultimately lead to failure. Why? Because you are cutting out things you enjoy.. Or going cold turkey on sugar.. Cutting too many foods out? Not eating to fuel yourself.. Allowing for a flexible diet allows you to stick to it in the long run.
