To make sure you have a fun and safe walk, please see our tips below: * Check your local weather to ensure that is not too hot to walk or raining.... * Plan your hydration, especially if you're doing a 6km walk. * Make sure you are COVID-19 safe! Walk in small groups and make sure you are up to date with all local government COVID Safety Guidelines. * Walk on the pavement or walking tracks, please do not walk on the road. 20.01.2022 A few moments of stretching can do your physical and mental health a whole lot of good! Stretching Tip #2 - Standing Adductor Stretch. Start standing with your feet apart. Shift your weight to the right side and allow your knee to bend. Keep the left knee straight to feel a stretch on the inside of your thigh. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds, relax, and repeat on the opposite side.
