Don't let a fe...w drops get in the way of another Pottsville Beach Community Market outing this Sunday 21/2/21 (from 7am to about 1pm). Feeling hungry? This Sunday’s market will have an abundance of food from around the world to temp your taste buds. Most of your favourite stalls will be in attendance and the local shops and cafes will also be open. Calls have been flooding in regarding our wet weather policy. We will always go ahead with a market, except under the following conditions: *Dangerous electrical storm activity (eg. lightning), *Cyclonic winds *Substantial flooding on the market reserve At this point, the market will go ahead. Stallholders who have booked in for this market, will need to follow the direction in the Market Guidelines by letting the Market Team know by 1pm Saturday 20 February 2021, via text or email ONLY if they are cancelling. Any pet left in car will DIE within 6 MINUTES even i...f you have left the windows open. OFFENDERS can incur fines up to $550 and if the ANIMAL DIES offenders can incur a 6 month JAIL sentence and up to $22,500 in fines. ANOTHER thing to think about, If you DRIVE with your PET UNRESTRAINED in the back of your Ute you can incur an immediate $500 fine on the spot. If the ANIMAL IS INJURED or DIES in an ACCIDENT, OFFENDERS can incur a 6 MONTH JAIL SENTENCE and up to $5,500 in fines. If you find yourself in a situation where you see a distressed animal in the car, please stay in attendance and call the police or the RSPCA Hotline. We collect a variety of period products and encourage you to donate a variety of period products too so that those most is need can receive their preferred item and be #Empowered by the choice to take control of their period, their way. Since Share The Dignity was founded, thanks to your generosity, we have been able to donate 2.8 million period products to those in need through our Dignity Drives. This March, keep an eye out for our iconic pink collection bins, they will be located at the entrances of all Woolworths stores. Help us #ShareTheDignity and give her CHOICE.
