14.01.2022 Had a lovely visit from mum and Andrew today. Mum enjoyed being out and about. She had a little snooze on my lounge with Bonnie (who's 9th birthday it is today) while I put Andrew to work on fixing my broken bed frame, finally. I've been sleeping on a slight tilt for some time now ... no shortage of puns and innuendos as to how said bed frame broke in the first place Mum's liver has played up again with this last, very short round of chemo so she's had to stop it again. She's in good spirits. Tired, but had a little lunch, Bonnie cuddles and siesta Boys came home from school and played guitar for her. Just so beautiful to have her here. Stacey

13.01.2022 Just a quick update. Mum's back in hospital since Thursday night. More tests and trying to stabilise her liver. Had a cuppa and a muffin with the girls in the arvo light on Friday arvo .. hopefully know more on Monday morning. Love and light to all

08.01.2022 hello lovelies.. another update.. mum/wen has been home since monday now. Joanne was there for a monday and tuesday night and Me (melissa) there last night.. j...ust a big thanks to fiona stanley hospital as they have been amazing . We have had visits and calls to makes sure that things are safe and comfortable in mums little house for her.. Looking forward to this weekend when all the daughers get to be together and we have mothers day with her on sunday.. as she was still in FSH last mums day.. If you have some good news to share would love you to post and tag mum/wen in it so she can catch up on your news. See more

04.01.2022 hello warriors.. just a quick update we had a lovely sunday with mum /wen as our mothers day as she was in hospital for the official mothers day. With a little pomp and ceremony she was bestowed the title Lady Wendy Walden. Mum now has a 10 sq ft plot of land in Lochaber Scotland near Fort Willliam and in Glencoe she has a 1ft plot.. Due to scottish law she can now be known as a Lady.. but we all already knew she was. On the health front still tweaking the chemo and the hospital is keeping a good eye on her. If you have any exciting news please update us.. we love to hear how you are going too.

04.01.2022 Wanted to share this photo of Mum. Mum came out of hospital yesterday and today she has been enjoying relaxing at home without the hassle & bustle of the ward. So far so good with her levels and treatment. Mum is feeling everyones positive vibes...

02.01.2022 Monday update (and some sunday) Hi all mum still at the hospital. Joanne managed to get there in time to have a quick chat to the Dr. She wanted Mum to have another blood test & if she is happy with the results Mum can go home. The bloods have been taken & we are now waiting for the results. Subway for lunch and Wens in good spirits after we were all able to get to see her for mothers day yesterday .. although Jen was on video and Lynne and Nikki video called. ** update Dr is happy with blood test results so Wens homeward bound **
