15.01.2022 We’re normally a bit biased towards eucalypts when it comes to beautiful trees (when you live in the Aussie bush you usually are) but this liquid amber just doesn’t quit! 10.01.2022 Ok, so this is just a theory but there seems to be some sort of symbiotic relationship between humans and different acacia species whereby to combat seasonal affective disorder (that is, the tendency to feel low during the depths of winter), the wattles give us a couple of months of beautiful yellow flowers, to brighten our moods, right when we need it the most! We’re not sure what the acacias get from us in this relationship. Maybe our carbon dioxide and spades of gratitude?...
