02.01.2022 The Werry Building team has been very busy on a property at Mount Larcom over the last few months. The team completed a 2 bedroom granny flat on the property and are now working on the main dwelling. Two different building styles on the same property. Granny flat is on a concrete slab with steel frames. The Main dwelling on timber bearer and joists with timber frames and trusses. Watch this space for more updates soon
